Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour -100-Gram
  2. Milk-100-Gram
  3. Butter-50-Gram
  4. Sugar-50-Gram
  5. Milk powder -40-Gram
  6. Baking powder -1-Tsp
  7. Vanilla essence -1-Tsp
  8. Cocoa powder -2-Tsp
  9. Salt-1-Pinch
  10. For Hazelnut bath, Hazelnut paste -1-Tbsp
  11. Cocoa powder-1- Tsp
  12. For Toppings, Whipped cream-1-Cup

Instructions

  1. Sieve the All purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk powder and cocoa powder and keep aside
  2. Take butter and sugar in a mixing bowl
  3. Beat till light and fluffy
  4. Add half of milk and beat
  5. Add sieve dry ingredients and mix
  6. Add vanilla essence
  7. Red food colour
  8. Add remaining milk
  9. Mix only one direction
  10. Now transfer the better in greased baking dish and spread evenly
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 180* for 25-30 minutes
  12. Now left it out and keep aside
  13. Add hazelnut paste, fresh cream and cocoa powder in lukewarm milk and mix well
  14. Now add condensed milk and mix it well
  15. Pour the mixture over the base
  16. Topped with fresh cream and chopped Hazelnut and serve chilled for more tastr
