Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Chickpeas- 200- gm
  2. Spinach (blanched and pureed)- 1- cup
  3. Carrots (boiled and pureed)- 1- cup
  4. Tahini paste - 1/2- cup
  5. Lemon- 1- number
  6. Green chillies - 2- pieces oli
  7. Garlic pods- 18- pieces
  8. Olive oil- 1/2- cup
  9. Salt- 1 1/2- tsp

Instructions

  1. Make all ingredients ready
  2. For green colour Hummus add 3Tbsp boiled Chickpeas, 2 tsp tahini paste, 3 Tbsp spinach paste,1 green chilli, 6 garlic pods, few drops of lemon, salt,2Tbsp olive oil in a mixer blender and make it very fine and smooth paste with the help of little water.
  3. For orange colour Hummus add add 3Tbsp boiled Chickpeas, 2 tsp tahini paste, 4 Tbsp bolied carrots paste,1 green chilli, 6 garlic pods, few drops of lemon, salt,2Tbsp olive oil in a mixer blender and make it very fine and smooth paste with the help of little water.
  4. For white colour Hummus add 3Tbsp boiled Chickpeas, 2tsp tahini paste, 6 garlic pods, few drops of lemon, salt, 2Tbsp olive oil in a mixer blender and make it very fine and smooth paste with the help of little water.
  5. Arrange all tricolour Hummus as per our Flag colour and pour some more tsp olive oil on it.
  6. Serve this yummy colourful tricolur Hummus dip with your favourite food!!
