Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Atta- 1/2- cup
  2. Besan- 1/2- cup
  3. Oil- 1/2- cup
  4. Suji- 3- tsp
  5. Sugar powder- 1- cup
  6. Khaskhas- 2- tsp
  7. Dry fruits chopped- 3- tsp
  8. Magaj- 1- tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and heat it 5 minutes.
  2. Add ghee in a pan.once the ghee is hot. Add suji cook a few seconds.
  3. Add besan and Atta and keep stirring it continuously.
  4. when the besan and Atta would turn golden brown and has a nice aroma.
  5. Then add khaskhas, Magaj and dry fruits.
  6. Let it cool down the mixture has come to room temperature.
  7. Add sugar powder Mix well and roll into laddoos.
