ABOUT Radish Chutney RECIPE

It's healthy to eat and jhatpat to make. It can also be eaten with puri and fulkes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Radish- 1
  2. Green Chillies- 1-2
  3. Ginger- 1" piece
  4. Lemon- 1 tablespoon (or as per taste)
  5. Salt- as per your taste
  6. Sugar- 1/2 tsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grate the radish properly in a bowl.
  2. Now add in the lemon, green chillies, salt and mix it well (also add a little bit of sugar, this is optional). Keep it aside for 5-10 mins so that it marinates well.
  3. Serve it with rice, daal, fulke and enjoy it.
