Radish Chutney

Ingredients to make Radish Chutney

  • radish- 1
  • green chillies- 1-2
  • ginger- 1" piece
  • lemon- 1 tablespoon (or as per taste)
  • salt- as per your taste
  • sugar- 1/2 tsp (optional)

How to make Radish Chutney

  1. Grate the radish properly in a bowl.
  2. Now add in the lemon, green chillies, salt and mix it well (also add a little bit of sugar, this is optional). Keep it aside for 5-10 mins so that it marinates well.
  3. Serve it with rice, daal, fulke and enjoy it.
