Ingredients to make relish radish

  • finely grated radish 250
  • 1 cup peas
  • lime juice 2 tspn
  • dry roasted coriander powder 1 tblspn
  • asafoetida 1/4 tspn
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
  • coriander leaves
  • oil 2 tblspn
  • salt
  • sugar
  • for tempering -
  • bay leaves 2
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tspn
  • onion seeds 1/2 tspn
  • dry red chillies 2

How to make relish radish

  1. add oil to pan & heat it
  2. add the tempering ingredients
  3. pour the grated radish into the pan
  4. add peas salt,sugar,turmeric powderal and mix
  5. cover it,allow this to cook by it's own water
  6. keep out the lid,add roasted coriander powder and hing.
  7. mix thoroughly. remove from flame
  8. add coriander leaves & lime juice
  9. serve warm with rice or roti
