Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup Jowar flour
  2. 1 cup greated radish
  3. 3 to 4 green chilli
  4. 1 piece ginger
  5. 2 cup radish leaves
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. 1 spoon ajwain
  8. 1 spoon garam Masala
  9. Desi ghee for frying


  1. Firstly great radish.Then great ginger and cut the radish leaves Then chop the green chillies.
  2. Then mix salt,garm masala and ajwain.
  3. Take a bowl put Jowar flour and all mentioned ingredients into it and make a dough then rest for five minutes.
  4. Now take dough and divided into four equal parts and make Parantha for hands and then put on heated tawa shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides
  5. Serve hot with Desi ghee
