Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup Jowar Flour
  2. 1 cup methi leaves
  3. 1 tbsp ginger grated
  4. 1 teaspoon ajwain
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 4 -5 green chili, finely chopped
  7. Oil/Ghee to Drizzle - as required

Instructions

  1. Chop Methi leaves finely
  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix well
  3. Add adequate water and knead into smooth dough. Cover and rest dough aside for 15 minutes
  4. Divide dough into 6 equal balls. Wet your palms and shape balls into Parathas. Place them on hot tawa gently
  5. Drizzle oil/ ghee on top and over the edges, cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with dollop of butter
