Ingredients to make Moong Dal Raita

  • moong dal 1/2 cup
  • carrot 1, grated
  • cucumber 1, grated
  • buttermilk or thin curd 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • green chillies 2-3

How to make Moong Dal Raita

  1. Soak the moong dal in butter milk for 30 minutes in a mixing bowl.
  2. Next, add in the chopped green chillies, grated carrots, grated cucumber and salt.
  3. Serve it immediately.

My Tip:

If you are using curd then add a little water to it and soak the moong dal.
