Ingredients to make Tricolour Raita

  • curd 100 gms
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 1 medium sized carrot
  • 2 small green chillies
  • Chopped coriander a handful
  • cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Tricolour Raita

  1. Beat the curd well and add it to the grated cucumber and carrot.
  2. Then add in the chopped coriander leaves and chillies. Next put in the coriander, cumin powder and salt. Mix it well together.
  3. Serve it with roti or rice.

My Tip:

I roasted the cumin and coriander powder a little bit to enhance the flavour of this dish.
