Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 grams chicken breast
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. 50 grams red bell pepper
  4. 50 grams yellow bell pepper
  5. 50 grams capsicum
  6. 50 grams beans
  7. 50 grams baby corn
  8. 1 tsp oregano
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables and chicken in 1 inch long slices.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chicken slices and cook for 5 minutes on high flame (stir continuously).
  3. Add all the sliced vegetables and stir continuously for next 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and add salt, black pepper and oregano.
  5. Serve either hot or cold as per your preference.
