Ingredients to make Til coconut ladoos

  • 1bowl wheat flour/genhu ka aata
  • 1 bowl fresh grated coconut or desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 bowl sesame seeds or til
  • 1+1/2 bowl ghee
  • 1+1/2 bowl powdered sugar or bura
  • 1 table spoon refined oil
  • 1table spoon crushed elaichi seeds

How to make Til coconut ladoos

  1. Dry roast till in karahi take it out then roast nariyal till light pink . .transfer them into a big bowl or parat
  2. Then heat only 1/2 bowl ghee in a karahi roast flour till golden brown or nice aroma comes out at that time ..add 1 table spoon oil mix nicely in flour sprinkle few drops of water...this is for crumby taste and texture in laddoos ..bhurbhura pan .lane ke liye ...off the gas .. add elaichi pwd .transfer the flour in a parat ..mix with till and coconut .and let it cool little
  3. After that add sugar powder mix nicely and at that time add melted little warm 1 bowl remaining ghee again .mix all the ingredients nicely and make laddoos with both of you palms and fingers of your hands..
  4. Enjoy tasty healthy and soft melted in mouth laddoos .

My Tip:

Add 1 tablespoon oil n sprinkle little water for crumby texture after roasting the flour
