ABOUT Potato Kurma | Aloo Kurma RECIPE

Potato Kurma |Aloo Kurma is one easy Kurma that can be prepared easily in less time but tastes so good .It goes well with Roti ,Puri, Idli, Dosa or any Pulav. The combination of poppy seeds and coconut paste makes it a more relished dish. The ginger garlic paste makes the dish more refreshing with boiled potatoes. The monotony of the boiled potatoes with the outburst flavours of the spices with a base of the coconut curry makes it a total star dish. Plus the calorie content of the dish is just perfect to every age group.
