Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Desiccated coconut 250 gm
  2. Sugar 250 gm
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee 2 tbsp
  5. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  6. Kesar a few strands soaked in 2 tbsp milk
  7. Dry fruit as per choice, chopped
  8. Mawa 250 gm

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk, add sugar, mawa and cardamom powder. Simmer and cook for a few minutes till the mixtures turns slightly thick.
  2. Add desiccated coconut, mix well on a low flame.
  3. Set in a greased plate. Cool for one hour.
  4. Cut in to small pieces and serve.
