Ingredients to make Kesari Coconut Sweet

  • Desiccated coconut 250 gm
  • sugar 250 gm
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • kesar a few strands soaked in 2 tbsp milk
  • Dry fruit as per choice, chopped
  • mawa 250 gm

How to make Kesari Coconut Sweet

  1. Boil the milk, add sugar, mawa and cardamom powder. Simmer and cook for a few minutes till the mixtures turns slightly thick.
  2. Add desiccated coconut, mix well on a low flame.
  3. Set in a greased plate. Cool for one hour.
  4. Cut in to small pieces and serve.
