Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour - 2 cup
  2. Butter - 150 gm
  3. Refined Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  4. Curd - 1/2 cup
  5. Milk - 1/2 cup
  6. Vanila Essence - 1 tbsp
  7. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  8. Baking soda - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing together the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, bring together the butter at room temperature and mix with sugar. Blend well.
  3. Add in the curd, milk, vanilla essence and give a nice stir.
  4. Add in the flour, in moderations and gently fold in the flour.
  5. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour the cake batter into the baking cups almost half full.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
