Coconut Mushrooms

Ingredients to make Coconut Mushrooms

  • Khoya/mawa - 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Desiccated coconut - 2/3 cup
  • Melted butter - 1 tablespoon

How to make Coconut Mushrooms

  1. Heat butter in a thick bottomed pan and roast khoya until it changes its colour slightly.
  2. Mix in condensed milk until incorporated.
  3. Add in the desiccated coconut and mix well.
  4. After a few minutes when the mixture has slightly cooled but still warm and easy to handle, shape the bites into desired shapes.
