Ingredients to make Coconut Annaras

  • 2 cup rice soaked in water for two days
  • 2 cup sugar granulated
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • ghee for frying

How to make Coconut Annaras

  1. After two days, drain the water from the rice and dry it on room temperature.
  2. Make a fine powder from this dry rice.
  3. Mix sugar two cup in rice powder, keep it together for two days.
  4. After two days mix it to make a dough with the help of milk as needed.
  5. Add desiccated coconut.
  6. Take a little ball of dough and make a round shape with your palm.
  7. Cover it with desiccated coconut and deep fry in ghee.

My Tip:

Make a tight dough, it tastes awesome.
