Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup nutrella
  2. 1 boil potato
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 1 - 2 Tbsp Whole spices
  5. Green Chillies finely chopped
  6. 1 - 2 inch Ginger
  7. 100 - 200 gm Cottage Cheese
  8. 1 large onion
  9. 4 - 5 dates grated
  10. Black Pepper as per taste
  11. Sesame seeds as per choice
  12. salt to taste


  1. Boil the Nutrella granules, strain.
  2. In a pan add some oil, add the granules, whole mix spices, boiled potato, onion, green chilies and ginger.
  3. Cook for a while, then grind it in a mixer. Cook the paste again until it turn brown.
  4. For the Stuffing: Grate the dates, and add green chillies, cottage cheese, black pepper.
  5. Now, make small balls of the stuffing mixture and then cover it with the nutrella - potato mixture. Roll these on sesame seeds.
  6. Fry on both sides, serve hot.
