Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Morde dark chocolate slab 400 gm
  2. 1 ripe mango pulp
  3. 1 Cup water
  4. 1 1/2 cup confectioner sugar
  5. Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Take dark chocolate compound chopped it then melt into microsafe bowl keep stirring in between till become glossy.
  2. In a silicone mould, pour melted chocolate remove the excess chocolate and keep this mould in fridge for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes pour mango puree and again set into fridge for 10 minutes again pour melted chocolate over mango puree till the rim of the mould remove excess chocolate and keep in refrigerator for two hours to set.
  3. After two hours take them out of the moulds and enjoy ur delicious centre filled mango chocolate.
  4. For mango filling: Add mango pulp in a pan, add sugar, water stir well and bring to simmer cook until mango pulp incorporated into liquid.
  5. Add lemon juice, stir till it gets glossy and attains thick consistency. Allow it to cool down then pour into chocolate filling.
