ABOUT Chocolaty Puris RECIPE

Absolutely a winner with the kids. Even the adults will love it. You can have umpteen serving ideas to go with this lip smacking puris.

Ingredients Serving: 5

Wheat flour 1 cup
Oil about 1 tbsp
Milk about 4-5 tbsp
Semi sweet chocolate melted 1/2 cup

Instructions

Add melted chocolate to the flour along with oil and knead a soft dough.
Add little milk as required while kneading.
Do not add water to it. Add more milk if required.
Cover and keep aside for 15 mins.
Deep fry them just as you do for normal pooris.
Serve them hot with cream, nutella, fresh fruits or even honey or better still just as they are. They taste equally yum on their own.
