Ingredients to make Daliya

  • Daliya 1 cup
  • sugar as per taste
  • ghee 3 tbsp
  • Dry fruits powder as required
  • raisins optional
  • Milk 3 cups
  • water as required

How to make Daliya

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add ghee.
  2. When ghee heats up add Daliya and roast it till aroma comes.
  3. Now add water and close the lid and let it whistle twice.
  4. Let it cool. Once cooled, add milk and sugar and cook so that a boil comes and sugar dissolves.
  5. At last add powder and raisins, its optional.

My Tip:

I used powdered dry fruits but chopped dry fruits can be used.
