Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Daliya....1 cup
  2. Besan....1/2 cup
  3. Salt, green chillies and red chilly powder to taste
  4. Cumin seed....1/4 tea spoon
  5. Oil as required


  1. Roast daliya on low flame till brown and soak in water for free minutes
  2. Now strain daliya and mix besann, salt and all the masalas and make a batter by mixing water in it
  3. Make small cheela by using ghee or oil on tawa...preferably use non stick tawa
  4. Serve to kids hot hot with buttered bread
