Ingredients to make Chocolate Stuffed Paratha

  • 1 cup dark chocolate grated
  • 1 tsp almond powder, 1 tsp pistachio powder
  • 2 tsp chocolate sprinkles
  • For dough - 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • water as required
  • Oil / ghee as required

How to make Chocolate Stuffed Paratha

  1. First take a big bowl, add whole wheat flour, 2 tsp ghee and make a chapati dough using water. Keep this aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine grated chocolate, almond powder and pistachio powder. Mix all ingredients well. Keep this aside.
  3. Now make small lemon size balls with the dough and roll it like chapati and put chocolate filling in center and close the sides. Again roll this and make a paratha.
  4. Take a pan, add 1 tsp ghee. Put paratha on it and cook from both sides. Serve hot and garnish it with chocolate sprinkles.
