Ingredients to make Beetroot Dhamaka

  • Grated beetroot 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 1
  • besan 3 tsp
  • Suji 4 tsp
  • salt
  • Green coriander for garnish
  • oil as required

How to make Beetroot Dhamaka

  1. Mix beetroot, besan, suji, salt and coriander.
  2. Make patties.
  3. Take non stick tawa. Put oil.
  4. Place patties on it and cook till it takes a good colour.
  5. For binding, if proper patties are not forming, more besan can be added.
  6. Serve hot.
