ABOUT Beetroot kari RECIPE

This is a quick side dish, made with beetroots, to be served with dal and rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beetroot 1 big
  2. Chilly powder 1 tea spoon
  3. Salt
  4. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Oil

Instructions

  1. wash and chop the beetroot, boil them until they are soft enough.
  2. Now heat a pan on low flame.
  3. Add oil and then add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  4. Add beetroot pieces & chilly powder ,salt. Mix well.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes with intermittent stirring. serve hot.
