Egg Halwa

Ingredients to make Egg Halwa

  • 12 nos egg
  • 500 gm khoya
  • 600 gm sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp kesar
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

How to make Egg Halwa

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth like cake batter
  2. Except almonds
  3. Transfer the batter to a greased baking tray and sprinkle chopped almonds
  4. Baked in a preheated oven at 200c for 45 minutes
  5. You can serve it hot or cold
