Garlic Cheesy Nuggets

Ingredients to make Garlic Cheesy Nuggets

  • Large potatos- 4
  • garlic grated- 1/2 tablespoon
  • ginger grated- 1/2 tablespoon
  • chilli flakes- 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheeze- 100gm
  • Powdered cornflakes- 100gm
  • salt- according your taste
  • oil/fat- for deep frying

How to make Garlic Cheesy Nuggets

  1. Boil and peel the potatoes.
  2. In a big bowl mash the potatoes.
  3. Add grated ginger, garlic, chilly flakes and salt into it.
  4. Wet your palms, take a spoonful of the mix and make a ball of it.
  5. Press it in the centre with thumb and make some space, fill it with grated cheese and close it.
  6. Roll again and give it your desired shape.
  7. Roll it in cornflakes powder and coat it very well.
  8. Make all the nuggets and put it in freezer for 10-15 mins or till they become little hard.
  9. Deep fry your nuggets on medium high flame.
  10. Serve hot with any dip, sauce or chutney.

My Tip:

If the mix become very sticky add one spoon corn flour or rawa. You can add more chilli flakes or green chilly if you like more spicy.
