This cheesy and crunchy breakfast bun features egg in a whole new way. It's kid friendly food but is even liked by most of adults and can be prepared for your next kitty party.

Ingredients Serving: 2
egg - 2
Broccoli:- 5 big florets and chopped finely
Bun:- 2
Tomato:- 1 chopped fine but remove the seeds from tomato
onion:- 1 fine chopped
capsicum:- 1 fine chopped
carrot:- 1 grated
bacon:- optional (fry and chop finely)
spring onion:- finely chopped
Coriander leaves:- finely chopped
Cheese slice as required
mozzarella cheese:- grated one
black pepper:- a pinch
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cut thin slice off top of each bun, scoop out inside remove all crumbs from inside (do not throw this as these crumbs can be used for breadlette or breadcrumbs).
Mix all veggies in one bowl add little salt and black pepper and keep it ready for filling.
Apply butter in and out of bun and place it in a baking sheet.
Place one cheese slice inside the bun spread evenly on all side nicely.
Now add very little veggies inside the bun and break one full egg and fill inside the bun, add little more veggies on top of egg followed by mozzarella cheese.
Cover with sliced top of bun and now wrap this bun in to foil and place it in baking tray and place inside the oven. Bake for 15 mins or until eggs are set.
Keep checking in between if eggs are done. If you do not want your egg to cook fully you can check in between and remove from oven.
Remove from foil and serve hot with coffee, tasty cheesy bun egg is ready.
