Ingredients to make Bread Pudding

  • 5 Slices of bread
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 nos eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts and tutti fruity
  • 1 tbsp ghee

How to make Bread Pudding

  1. Method: Remove the crust and butter one side of the bread slices and keep aside.
  2. Take nuts and chop them, with this add tutti fruity, mix well and keep aside.
  3. Take a bowl, add egg powder, sugar, vanilla essence and milk, whisk well and keep aside.
  4. Heat a non stick pan, add ghee, arrange the butter bread slices, then sprinkle nuts and tutti fruity, add the egg mixture. gain another layer of buttered bread slices, nuts and egg mixture.
  5. Smear some ghee, cover and cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes or till done.
