Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kheema half kg chicken or mutton
  2. Onions 2 chopped
  3. Green chilli 2 numbers
  4. Garlic peeled 8 number
  5. Ginger as per quantity of garlic
  6. Garam masala powder one teaspoon
  7. Red chilli powder one teaspoon
  8. Turmeric powder one teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder one teaspoon
  10. salt as per taste
  11. 4 cups wheat flour for parathas
  12. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  13. Butter to taste
  14. Oil one big spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash kheema thoroughly and keep it aside.
  2. Take oil in a pan or pressure cooker, heat it. In that add finely chopped onions.
  3. Once the onions are fried and change colour, add ginger garlic paste to it. Once the smell goes off, add all dry masala, red chilli, turmeric and dhaniya powder, put slight water so that it doesn't burn.
  4. Add kheema to it, once it gives a good aroma, keep it for 20 mins. If in cooker, give 4 whistles for chicken for mutton cook as per requirements.
  5. After whistle, open cooker it should be completely dry. If there is water in it, place on low flame and let it become dry. Put coriander leaves on it. Remove it in a plate and keep in open air till it dries out completely.
  6. Once it is dry, make round shape of wheat dough as we use for rotis, stuff the kheema in it make paratha of it.
  7. Use fork if u see air in it, cook on tawa like normal parathas. Apply butter or ghee over it and eat with mint chutney.
