Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice flour 1/2 kg
  2. Jaggery 1/2 kg
  3. Oil 1kg
  4. Ilaichi powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai and add jaggery.
  2. When the jaggery melts, add ilaichi powder and slowly add small quantities rice flour. Continue to cook so that no lumps are formed.
  3. Turn off the gas and cool the mixture at room temp. Then take some quantity in your palm, flat and drop the oil and fry in hot oil. Cook both the sides well. Serve.
