Ingredients to make Healthy Mathris

  • all purpose flour {maida } half kg
  • salt to taste
  • oil for moin 100 gms
  • oil for frying
  • fenugreek leaves washed and chopped finely 1 cup

How to make Healthy Mathris

  1. Prepare hard dough of all purpose flour by adding little water by giving moin of oil.
  2. Add fenugreek leaves in it.and prepare dough.
  3. Let it rest for few minutes
  4. Now make mathris of it by making small small balls then rolling it by rolling pin .
  5. With knife make small cuts all over the mathri
  6. Fry till brown on both the sides.
  7. Enjoy fenugreek mathris

My Tip:

U can add black pepper for spicy flavour
