Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 oranges, skinned, deseeded and pulp seperated
  2. 1 litre of full cream milk, reduced to about 1cup
  3. 3 tablespoons of sugar


  1. Boil the milk and reduce it to one cup.
  2. While reducing add the sugar , take it off the fire and cooler room temperature.
  3. Peel the orange and separate the pieces:
  4. Carefully remove the fine skin on each piece, deseeded and keep the pulp separately.
  5. Cool both the reduced milk and orange pulp in the refrigerator, for sometime.
  6. Mix both together and mash someone the orange pieces into the sweetened and reduced milk.
  7. Chill and serve as dessert after a hearty meal.
