Ingredients to make Rawa barfi

  • Rawa 2cup
  • sugar 1/cup
  • ghee 1/2cup
  • Milk 4to 5 cup
  • Ilaichi powder, salt n crushed black pepper
  • Dry fruits

How to make Rawa barfi

  1. Take a pan add rawa n fry golden colour n keep a side.
  2. Then take a pan add ghee n fry dry fruits like kaju n add fry rawa n mix well.
  3. Add milk n sugar mix well n add ilaichi powder n crushed black pepper n mix well in a thik consistency.
  4. Then off the gas n add a cake tin pot n keep a side in a few min in room temp then cut n enjoy.

My Tip:

Add dry fruits as ur choice .
