Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Water of jaggery 1 cup
  3. Ghee 3 to 4 tspoon
  4. Cardamom powder 1/4 spoon
  5. Almond & cashew powder 2 spoon
  6. Milk maid 1/2 cup
  7. Warm water 1 cup
  8. Nuts n safron for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  1. First take 1 cup poha n put in pan, roast for 2 to 3 mnts without ghee on slow flame til it becomes crunchy. Now add jaggery water in it. ( soak jaggery in water for atleast 2-3 hrs). Stir it for 3 to 4 mnts. Now add milk maid . Again stir for 2 mnts.
  2. Now add 1 cup warm water n stir it for 2 - 3 mnts. Add cardamom powder n almonds ,n cashew powder. Now switch off the flame. Garnish with nuts n safron.....
