Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha/flattened rice -1cup
  2. Gud/jaggery - 3/4cup
  3. Ghee 4tbsp
  4. Almonds -1/4cup
  5. Green cardamon powder -1tsp
  6. Cream - 4tbsp


  1. Dry roast poha and grind in a grinder and keep aside
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add almonds and roast for a minute
  3. Crush jaggery to a fine powder
  4. Now take a pan, add poha, jaggery, ghee with almonds, cardamom powder, and cream. mix well
  5. Make round balls.
  6. The laddos are ready
