Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Butter as required
  2. Nuts 1 spoon
  3. Flattened rice 2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Raisins 4- 5 piece
  6. Cashew 3- 4 piece
  7. Chopped onion 1 piece
  8. Chopped green chilli 2 piece
  9. Chat Masala 1 spoon
  10. Bombay mix 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add nuts and fry . Keep aside.
  3. Now add raisins and cashew nuts and fry. Keep aside.
  4. Now add chopped onion and green chilli. Fry it till onion becomes golden in colour.
  5. Now add flattened rice and fry well.
  6. Chat Masala and salt are added.
  7. Mix everything very well.
  8. Put it a plate and Bombay mix are added.
  9. Serve it.
