These sugar free no bake flattened Rice / Poha granola bars are soo healthy, quick, easy and divine to eat. Honey and peanut butter combine together to add the sweet chewyness to the bar. Cocoa powder alongwith the nuts powder and dates give it the brownie touch. A brownie granola bar is all we can think of to have the best of both. Broken nuts add to the nuttiness of these brownie bars. Completely guilt free. Kids or elders can have it just anytime.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flattened Rice - 1/2 cup
  2. Honey - 2 tbsp
  3. Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp
  4. Cashew and / almond - 1/4 cup(powder)
  5. Coco Powder - 1/4 cup
  6. Dates - 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped nuts :
  8. (almonds, cashew, peanuts)


  1. Wash flattened Rice and keep aside
  2. Grind the cashew and almonds to a fine powder. Can use anyone or both.
  3. Soak the seedless dates in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes
  4. Drain and chop the dates
  5. Combine and Grind the Coco, dates and nut powder
  6. Heat peanut butter and honey in a pan to combine
  7. When combined keep aside
  8. Take a bowl and add the dates Coco mixture, flattened Rice, chopped nuts
  9. Add the honey peanut butter mixture
  10. Now mix with hand properly to combine
  11. Here is the mixture
  12. Now keep a tray ready and place foil paper
  13. Add the mixture and flatten with wet hands
  14. Now cover with the foil paper and freeze for 2 hours
  15. Ready to cut and eat
