Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  2. 1 cup Flat rice
  3. 1/4 Cup coconut oil
  4. Zest of 1 orange
  5. 1 tsp Vanilla
  6. 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  7. 1 pinch Salt
  8. 3/4 cup Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed and chia)
  9. 1/2 cup Dry cranberries
  10. 1/2 cup Raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree Centigrade.
  2. Bake all the dry ingredients (except cinnamon and salt).
  3. Heat honey and coconut oil, mix cinnamon, salt and orange zest in it. Add in all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grease a pan, line with parchment, add the granola mixture and press it firmly. Bake for 15 minutes, let it cool and then cut it.

Nice granolas, but the image can be a little better no? it is a little unclear
