ABOUT Granola Bar RECIPE

Granola bar loaded with fibre and protein rich oats and cornflakes, nutritious dry fruits and nuts..perfect healthy snack for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 tablespoon sugar
  2. 2 tablespoon butter
  3. 3 tablespoon honey
  4. ¼ cup oats
  5. 2 Tablespoon raisins
  6. ½ cup nuts almond pistachio , chopped
  7. 1 cup cranberry
  8. 2 tablespoon corn flakes, crushed
  9. oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Caramelise the sugar in a pan and heat it till turns a golden colour. Don't overheat...
  2. Turn off the stove and add butter, honey, oats, raisins, chopped nuts, crushed corn flakes and mix well.
  3. Grease a steel plate with oil and place the mixture on it. With the help of a spatula press down the mixture and allow it to dry for some time.
  4. Cut into small bars ..
  5. And wrap in butter paper
