Ingredients to make Granola Bar

  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 Tablespoon raisins
  • ½ cup nuts almond pistachio , chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry
  • 2 tablespoon corn flakes, crushed
  • oil for greasing

How to make Granola Bar

  1. Caramelise the sugar in a pan and heat it till turns a golden colour. Don't overheat...
  2. Turn off the stove and add butter, honey, oats, raisins, chopped nuts, crushed corn flakes and mix well.
  3. Grease a steel plate with oil and place the mixture on it. With the help of a spatula press down the mixture and allow it to dry for some time.
