Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Oats (150g) Butter (57g)
  2. Sunflower seeds (30g), pumpkin seeds (30g),almonds(100g)
  3. {u can add walnuts, Hazelnut or any other nuts to make 100g }
  4. Cranberries (or any other) (60g)
  5. Brown sugar (55g),honey(120g),cinnamon powder (1tsp)


  1. Heatthe oven at 180C
  2. Line a 9" by 9" tin
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients n roast in the oven or on gas
  4. In a pan melt the butter add the brown sugar, honey.
  5. Let it simmer for a while until it slightly thickens .
  6. Mix all the ingredients to this sugar/ honey syrup.
  7. Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared tin n bake for 15 min
  8. cool n cut into equal squares.
