Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. oats (instant oats) 2cups
  2. almond 1/2 cup
  3. jaggery 3/4 cup 200 gm
  4. Vanilla extract 1tsp
  5. Raisins 1/2 Cup
  6. butter 3 tsp
  7. Brown sugat 55 gm
  8. dates 1/2 cup
  9. sesame seeds 2tsp

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom pan, roast the oats and almonds until they change colour.
  2. In a sauce pan add butter and jaggery. Cook till jaggery melts. turn off the heat. Mix in the vanilla extract, oats and all the dry fruits and stir well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish with parchment paper bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  4. Allow to cool a little and cut into rectangles shape. After the bar completely cools down you can lift a piece carefully and then remove the other as Well.
