Ingredients to make Kaju burfi

  • 1 Cup cashew
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1 tbl spn milk powder
  • 2-3 tea spn water
  • Bit cardamom powder
  • Few siver leaf for decoration
  • Bit ghee

How to make Kaju burfi

  1. Take a bowl n make a fine grind powder of cashews.
  2. Add milk powder n sugar powder.
  3. Add step by step spn of water n make a fine dough.
  4. Once dough is ready greece ur hands wid bit ghee n mash dough again.
  5. Nw roll it n cut sweets in diamond shape decorate it wid silver leafs.
  6. Keep in freeze for 1 hour. Its ready Mouthmelted taste.

My Tip:

Water as much require to make dough only.
