Ingredients to make Coconut pastry

  • 500gm coconut powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • Pinch of yellow colour
  • Pinch of green colour
  • 1tbs strawberry syrup
  • 2or3tbs colourful candy for garnishing

How to make Coconut pastry

  1. Divide milk coconut powder and condensed milk into three equal parts
  2. Take a non stick pan add one part of milk coconut powder and condensed milk add pinch of yellow colour cook till it becomes thick
  3. Spread it on a plate
  4. Continue the same procedure with the other parts as well.
  5. Arrange the layer of mixture first yellow second strawberry and third is green and let it set down
  6. Cut pieces and garnish with colourful candy

My Tip:

You can also garnish with cherry
