ABOUT Dry Fish And Potato Chutney RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potato 2 peeled and cubed
  2. Dry Fish - 2
  3. Green chilly 10
  4. Tomato 2 medium
  5. Coriander leaves chopped few
  6. Onion 1 small sliced thinly
  7. Spring Onion greens for Garnish
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Take the potatoes, dry fish, green chillies, tomatoes in a pan.
  2. Add Salt and water and bring to boil. Cook till the water is evaporated and the potatoes are cooked.
  3. Take them to a mortar and ground it with the help of a Pestle.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves, sliced onions reserving some for garnish and mix well.
  5. Transfer them to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced onion and chopped Spring onion greens and serve.
