These are the eggless biscuits . Very tasty and easy to make during Festivals .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
  2. Chopped cashews and almonds - 3 tbsp
  3. butter - 80 gm
  4. Custard Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Powdered sugar - 1/ 4 cup
  6. Milk (if required) - 1 tbsp
  7. Almonds(badaam) and cashews(kaaju) chopped to garnish
  8. Baking powder - little less than 1/ 2 tsp
  9. Vanilla extract - 1/ 2 tsp
  10. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Kewda essence - 2 tbsp


  1. In a bowl seive all purpose flour and baking powder ,custard powder.
  2. Add add almonds and cashews.
  3. In another bowl add butter and whisk it. Add sugar and whisk until smooth and soft. Add vanilla extract and whisk again.
  4. Mix it with dry ingredients. Add cardamom powder , kewra water and mix mix mix well.
  5. A soft and smooth dough should be formed.
  6. If the dough is not soft then add little milk to make it a soft one.
  7. Now roll it and cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate it for an hour.
  8. After one hour. Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes.
  9. Now take the cookie dough out of the refrigerator and cut it into small equal sizes. Not the big ones as it will increase in size in the oven.
  10. Garnish with almonds and cashews on top.
  11. Grease the tray and keep the biscuits all over it.
  12. Bake it for 13-15 minutes at 180 degress.
  13. After its done let it cool.
  14. The delicious biscuits wih dry fruit chunks in it are ready to serve.
