Hakka Noodles

Ingredients to make Hakka Noodles

  • Beans 1/4 cup
  • carrot 1/4 cup
  • onion 1 medium sized
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • cabbage 1/4 cup
  • Spring onions to garnish
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • Hakka noodles 1 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper to taste
  • ginger-Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

How to make Hakka Noodles

  1. Cook the hakka noodles, then strain and keep it aside.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil, then put in the sliced onion and saute until it turns golden brown in colour.
  3. Add in the ginger-garlic paste, then add in the chopped vegetables one by one and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper as per taste and saute it.
  4. Finally add soya sauce and garnish it with spring onions.

My Tip:

Saute all the vegetables on a high flame and cook till the vegetables are half done, While boiling the noodles don't forget to add oil, so that the noodles don't stick together.
