This dish normally contains meat (chicken, shrimp, and crab are all common), egg, onions, garlic and sometimes tomatoes. The seasonings, which may include soya sauce, sugar, salt, possibly some chilli sauce, and fish sauce, they are stir-fried together with the other ingredients.
