Dahi ki Sabji

Ingredients to make Dahi ki Sabji

  • dahi 1 bowl
  • Small onion 1 chopped
  • Green onion 2 chopped
  • Small green 1 chopped
  • Green coriander chopped
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilli 1/4 teaspoon
  • turmeric 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Dahi ki Sabji

  1. Heat the oil in pan add the onion and fry it a few minutes then add green onions again fry it untill it turns golden brown.
  2. Add all the spices and add dahi until it gives a boil.
  3. Garnish with green coriander and serve it hot.

My Tip:
