ABOUT Dahi ki sabji RECIPE

This is one of the famous curried of Rajasthan, made with lots of spices and curd, to be served with rice or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2-3 cup Yogurt.
  2. Oil for frying
  3. 2 diced onion
  4. 1 Tsp Ginger - garlic paste
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. Mustard seeds
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. 1 diced tomato
  9. Chopped coriander leaves
  10. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  11. black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt as pet taste


  1. In a big bowl add yogurt and some water and mix it nicely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and fry till colour changes add ginger- garlic paste and onion and saute. Now add all other ingredients one by one except coriander and yogurt. Cook for minutes.
  3. Now add the yogurt and mix it well cook for more few minutes .
  4. Off the flame add chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Seve hot with roti or rice.
