Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan 2 cup
  2. Water 2 cup
  3. Garlic paste 1/2 tea spoon
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Curd or Dahi 2 bowl
  6. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  7. Kitchen king masala 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Amchur powder 1/2 tea spoon
  9. Clove and cinnamon powder 1/2 tea spoon
  10. cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp


  1. We will start making the papdis first. for that, boil some water in a pan.
  2. Once the water boils, add besan and salt.
  3. Keep stirring until it forms a dough. Now pour this mixture onto a plate.
  4. After 5 minutes ,cut it into square pieces. Papdi is ready.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, let them crackle.
  6. Add curd, garlic paste and salt.
  7. Add clove and cinnamon powder.
  8. Stir well after adding all the spices.
  9. Once the masala is cooked, add the papdis and stir slowly making sure that the papdis do not break.
  10. Cook for 5 minutes on a low flame.
  11. Sabji is ready to eat.
